Delete your Finli Tracker account
You can delete your account from inside the app, or ask us to delete it for you. You do not need to install anything to make the request.
From the app
Open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm with your password. Deletion happens immediately.
What is deleted
Your name, email address and sign-in credentials, your notification devices, and your membership of every household. Your sign-in stops working straight away, and the email address becomes free to use again.
What is kept
Transactions, assets and budgets you recorded stay with the household you shared them with, because they belong to its other members too. They are no longer linked to your name.
If you are a household's only owner
Give another member the owner role first. Otherwise deleting your account would leave a household nobody can manage. If you are the only member, the household is deleted with you.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@finli.vn from the address on your account. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
