Privacy Policy
Finli Tracker is a shared household finance app. This page explains what data the app stores, what it is used for, and the choices you have. By creating an account you consent to the processing described here.
What we collect
Your account details — email address, display name, a hashed password, language and currency preferences — and the financial records you enter yourself: transactions, assets, budgets and categories. We do not pull data from your bank.
Who can see your data
Your financial records are shared with the members of your household — that is what the app is for. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
AI features
When you use AI entry or financial nudges, the text you type and the relevant transaction summaries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to produce the draft or advice you asked for. They are used only to serve that request.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand how the app is used as a whole. Analytics events never contain amounts, names, email addresses or household identifiers, and in regions that require consent they run cookieless by default. There are no advertising cookies.
Retention
Records you delete are kept in soft-deleted form so your household's shared history stays consistent, and they disappear from every screen. Your data stays on our servers until your account is deleted.
Your rights
You can access and correct your data in the app at any time, and you can withdraw your consent by deleting your account. Anything you cannot do in the app, ask us via support.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Profile at any time. The account-deletion page describes exactly what is removed and what stays with your household.
